The U.S. Supreme Court granted certiorari in a case challenging the constitutionality of a federal law that criminalizes gun ownership by cannabis users.
In an 87-8 vote, the Ohio House of Representatives approved SB 56, which makes numerous changes to Ohio’s voter-approved cannabis legalization initiative.
At long last, Wisconsin has an opportunity to join the 40 other states that allow medical cannabis! Senate President Mary Felzkowski (R) recently filed a medical cannabis bill, along with two Republican cosponsors. There’s a narrow window to get the bill done, and we need all hands on deck to make it happen!

Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) signed AB 564 into law. Now, cannabis consumers and business owners will feel relief from the 19% cannabis excise tax reverting back to 15% on October 1.
