This July 4th, the fight for cannabis freedom continues

Happy Independence Day!

The Fourth of July offers a perfect opportunity to reflect on the core American values of liberty, justice, and the power of the people to shape our country’s future.

The progress we’ve seen and been a part of in cannabis reform — from state-level legalization to the recent federal rescheduling directive — is a direct result of everyday citizens and advocates exercising their constitutional rights. It is a testament to the power of grassroots movements to challenge outdated norms and fight for a fairer, more just society.

This July 4th, we celebrate how far we’ve come, from the hemp seeds planted by George Washington and Thomas Jefferson at the time of America’s founding, to the regulated cannabis markets of today. 

But more importantly, we celebrate the enduring call to freedom that keeps us pushing forward as we continue to plant the seeds of liberty.
