Illinois has made significant improvements to its marijuana laws in recent years, but there is much work yet to be done. Despite recent gains, advocates in Illinois must ensure that elected officials continue to support positive change. Our list includes the original 2013 medical cannabis law, two medical cannabis improvement bills, and MPP’s decriminalization bill that passed earlier this year.
