Pennsylvania, voter guide

Pennsylvania cannabis primary voter guide is out!

Pennsylvania is nearly surrounded by freer states where cannabis is legal for adults. With primary elections around the corner, it’s time to make your voice heard!

Our new voter guide shows you where your candidates for the Pennsylvania House and Senate stand on legalizing cannabis for adults. We dug into incumbents' and candidates' records, fired off a direct survey question to every candidate, and gave them a chance to speak for themselves. Now the answers are in your hands.

Here's what to do:

  1. Look up your Pennsylvania state House and Senate district.
  2. Open our voter guide and see where your candidates stand.
  3. If your candidate ignored our survey, contact them directly — introduce yourself as a voter in their district, tell them cannabis legalization matters to you, and politely ask where they stand.

Then vote. Pennsylvanians deserve a legislature that listens to them — not one that criminalizes them for choosing a plant that is safer than alcohol.

Key dates and resources on how to vote:

  • Mail ballot application deadline: Tuesday, May 12 at 5:00 p.m.
  • On-demand mail ballot information is available here
  • Election Day: Tuesday, May 19
  • Polling place information is available here

Share the guide, make some noise, and get out and vote!
