Mass: Vote NO on 8! Protect Massachusetts’ legal cannabis program!

Massachusetts’ legal cannabis program is WORKING.

Did you know? Since Massachusetts voters legalized cannabis in 2016:

  • Youth cannabis use in Massachusetts is down 51%
  • Cannabis arrests are down 85%
  • 23,000 jobs have been created to serve the legal market, enriching our communities
  • And hundreds of millions in new state and local revenues have gone to our schools, roads, and public safety

Cannabis regulation has succeeded where prohibition failed: keeping our kids and communities safer, growing the economy, filling public coffers, and preserving freedom and human dignity.

If Question 8 passes:

  • The illicit market will explode
  • Kids will regain easier access and teen use will rise
  • Thousands of good-paying jobs will disappear
  • State and local tax revenues will plummet
  • Law enforcement resources will once again be wasted, and lives will be destroyed trying and failing to enforce cannabis prohibition.

Democratic incumbent Gov. Maura Healey and Republican challenger Michael Minogue are both voting No on Question 8.

No on 8 is not partisan. It's common sense.

Your vote counts — don’t forget to VOTE NO on Massachusetts Question 8.

This November 3rd, let’s send a message to deep-pocketed prohibitionists that their attacks will fail to stop the forward march of legalization and sensible regulation.
