The Idaho House and Senate have both passed an outrageous bill, HB 7, that imposes a mandatory minimum $300 fine for possession for small amounts of cannabis.

Idaho continues to lag behind other states on marijuana policy reform — it is the only remaining state in the country that does not acknowledge any form of medical marijuana under state law.
