Medical marijuana patients in the Aloha State could be looking at major improvements to their ability to access their medicine. Last week, two proposals were introduced in the state legislature to augment the 10-year-old law. Sen. Will Espero proposed a bill that would increase the number of plants a patient can personally grow from four to 10.
