He should also realize that because citizens who are paying attention to this issue and are still in favor of marijuana after 50 years of lies and propaganda from the special interest groups in Washington DC (logging, paper, cotton and fiber to name a few) that choice does matter in a democracy. Now if we can just get the idiot journalist (used loosely) to show that the numbers reflect acceptance and then do the majority a favor by getting out of the damn way.
