First Win of the Day!
The New Hampshire Senate just passed their medical marijuana bill, 14-10. If you live in New Hampshire, you can send Gov. John Lynch a fax urging him to allow the bill to become law. It’s free.

One more step to the finish line.

Let’s go people. I can even feel the tide turning down south. If we could get 1380 out of the committees NC would be even greener!
Dan…. where do we start in Virginia? Can this become a ballot initiative or will legislation need to be passed in our State House and Senate?
I realize VA has recently seen the opposite legislation (making penalties harsher) but I would like to know where we would need to begin.
i will be sooooo pissed if governor lynch vetos this! he needs to listen to the people and not the idiot police chiefs who are whining about how this will be so difficult for them…..and how’s that? you might have to actually fight real crime?
If you live in New Hampshire, please send Gov. Lynch a free fax urging him to sign the bill. You can use our automated system at https://ssl.capwiz.com/mpp/issues/alert/?alertid=13158661. Did I mention it’s free?
I am having a hard time believing that none of the states are currently doing a full legalization bill besides CA…

congrats to them, 1 more down hopefully the rest will follow soon. come on IN.
This is great news!
Every one get involved and do your part.
The Fax is Free… Prison isnt!
Also, yesterday, the Mexican Senate approved a bill “decriminalizing” small amounts of the “evil 7″ for personal use. It’s on it’s way to the House of Deputies. Calderon is supporting it.
