I worked with him writing software for eight years. The case is tragic. LA county has over 600 dispensaries... SLO county had 1 and now it has zero. I perceive that this post made by Mr. Smith was timed accurately or else it wouldn't have been posted when it was. These people KNOW what they are doing! Did you read that the MPP has now joined Charlie’s defense team? THAT"S GREAT!!! Please Robert, they really are trying very hard in an extremely difficult uphill battle. They need support just as much as we do. Also, things get done sometimes without any fanfare or Posts of progress. I'm sure the MPP.org would have responded to a Civil and rational letter that suggests helping Charlie. I can tell you that if you cuss like that in any letter to anyone, it's very unlikely that you would receive a reply of any real substance other than offence. May I suggest 10 mg of Prozac 2x a day...at first, then regulate as you go. Charlie, my heart and sincere prayers go out to you. I’ve awaited sentencing in a small issue once and I KNOW how taxing the wait can be on ones nerves. It's a living nightmare. I couldn't imagine being so high-profile that the whole world knows. It could help him and it could hurt him. I believe that if we all get going RIGHT NOW, we can exert some influence on Judge Wu sentence by E-mailing and calling his office. Does anyone have quick links that can be posted to make it easily accessible for people "On the Go"? That would be helpful. Until people realize that giving the feds the "floor" only makes thing worse and that action on the individual level is the only way to change this country, we will continue to be pushed around. my great aunt always said "to make the world a better place,you must first make yourself a better person" individuals must take action, not rely on politicians to make it for us. I really wish i could be there at Mr. Lynch's hearing to show my support, everyone who is anywhere near and able to attend should, just by being present and supporting Mr. Lynch is like flipping the bird to the government. the federal government has pretty much become obsolete, politicians make our world a worse, less fair, less friendly place. In the old days, before my time, it was honor, courage, and family. When pot became illegal and stayed illegal because of lies, the lies were considered truth because we didnt have the internet, tv, news, etc. so people had to listen to their neighbors and the local gossip at the drug store or gas station. Back then, if someone said something, it would be dishonorable to lie. But how could anyone prove what they were saying about pot was a lie? Most of the people that were using back then were black or mexican, and we all know that it was a black and white world back then, so they made up lies that had to deal with their kids getting "involved" with other races. And ROE, I do think that our government, atleast congress and up, are controlled by puppeteers who I think are the big corporations that we just bailed out, AIG, Chevy, etc. oh, and phillip morris probably has a hand in the prohibition of pot, since it would easily become the new tobacco...
